Mental Skills for Stress Management and Performance Enhancement is a three session program designed to help participants develop mental skills to im-prove their ability to handle life stressors. The workshop teaches participants how to develop the ability to coach themselves effectively while applying practical mental state skills and perspectives.
This is a skills-based series; students will have the opportunity to experience and practice the cardinal mental skills. No prior referral is necessary to attend these workshops. Attendance to each workshop in the series is not mandatory but highly beneficial.
Session I- Tuesday, July 17th 2012 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM
Session II- Tuesday, July 24th, 2012 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM
Session III - Tuesday, July 31st, 2012 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM
