Admission: FREE for all students - Fitness passes need to be activated prior to taking a class. Faculty, staff, and other members will need to purchase a pass to enter all Group Fitness classes. A quarterly, all-inclusive pass costs $50, half-quarter pass costs $30
This express class adds discipline and variety to your current abdominal workout. if you are new to the core, let the instructor take you through a spectrum of core exercises presented to challenge new and seasoned participants alike. A variety of resistance techniques will be used to advance exercises, and modifications will be given.
