Are you tired of doing the same workout week to week with no variety? FreeMotion® circuit classes are back and might be for you! Participants will work with a certified personal trainer through a 14-station circuit, and learn more than 36 different exercises during the semester. These free, half-hour classes are designed to challenge your strength and endurance with different exercises each week.
