Admission: FREE for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 FREE fitness classes/semester. Fitness passes must be activated first.
This core class adds discipline and variety to your current abdominal workout. The instructor will take you through a spectrum of core exercises presented to challenge new and seasoned participants alike. A variety of resistance techniques will be used to advance exercises, and modifications will be given.
