The OSU College of Veterinary Medicine is proud to host the 7th Annual Vets for Pets 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, November 4th! This year's race benefits Friends of the Shelter, a 501c3 non-profit organization associated with our very own Franklin County Animal Shelter. You can register for the race at http://www.active.com/5k-race/columbus-oh/vets-for-pets-5k-run-walk-2012 (or search Active.com Keyword: Vets for Pets). Healthy and friendly dogs are welcome to participate. Day-of registration/Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. with the race starting at 10:00 a.m. Cost is $25 to pre-register and $30 day-of. The race starts and ends on the vet campus near VMAB. Snacks and drinks will be provided for you and your pets. There will be music, a dog wash, and OSU merchandise for sale.
