Admission: FREE for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 FREE fitness classes/semester. Fitness passes must be activated first.
Still as popular as ever! This cardio-based aerobic class uses kickboxing choreography to add variety and challenge to your workout. Practice having stronger and more controlled kicks and arm combinations while maximizing your cardio capabilities through high intensity drills. Cardio Kickboxing is a multi-intensity class that gives you the freedom to work out at your own level. Punching and kicking shields may be used at the instructor's discretion.
