This workshop has 3 sessions to assist students in learning how to manage negative thoughts, tolerate difficult situations, and develop coping skills for different emotions. This workshop is appropriate for any students who are stressed, depressed, anxious, and/or needs to learn how to manage emotions and difficult situations. Students can join at any time in the series, however encouraged to attend all 3 sessions for maximum benefit.
Series I: (Thursdays) January 17, 24 and 31, 3:30-5:00 pm
Series II: (Thursdays) February 14, 21 and 28, 3:30-5:00 pm
Series III: (Wednesdays) March 20, 27 and April 3, 5:00-6:30 p.m.
Series IV: (Wednesdays) April 10, 17 and 24, 3:30-5:00.
