Admission: FREE for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 FREE fitness classes/semester. Fitness passes must be activated first.
This express class will add discipline and variety to your current lower body workout. If you are new to working lower body, let the instructor take you through a spectrum of leg exercises presented to challenge new and seasoned participants alike. A variety of resistance techniques will be used to advance exercises, and modifications will be given.
