Admission: FREE for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 FREE fitness classes/semester. Fitness passes must be activated first.
This combination class allows for an equal amount of cardiovascular work and strength work, split by segments. This equal balance of cardio routines, drills, and sculpting exercises will get your body moving. No matter how you frame it, this class yields fat burning results for both fitness newbies and those on a maintenance program.
