Admission: FREE for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 FREE fitness classes/semester. Fitness passes must be activated first.
Challenge yourself and try something new. Go through a series of cross training circuits using water rowers, BOSU balance trainers, medicine balls, TRX® Suspension Trainers® and the indoor track! Work as a team and accomplish more. Each class is a new workout.
