Admission: FREE for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 FREE fitness classes/semester. Fitness passes must be activated first.
This express class will add discipline and variety to your current upper body workout. If you are new to working the upper body, let the instructor take you through a spectrum of upper body exercises that will challenge new and seasoned participants alike. A variety of resistance techniques will be used to advance exercises as well as modifications will be given.
