Receive your flu vaccine at the Wilce Student Health Center. All registered Ohio State students are eligible to receive a vaccine at one of the programs.
This afternoon clinic is by appointment only. To reserve your appointment, please call (614) 292-4321 or schedule online via MyBuckMD.
Bring your BuckID or a photo id with you to the program.
At the program you will be asked to complete three forms. These can be downloaded and completed in advance.
